ModEraHouse is a small, family-owned company. For years, we gained experience in demanding foreign markets, where quality and precision are an absolute must.

Now we have brought this knowledge and passion to our home ground. We are not a large factory focused on quantity. We treat each home individually and build it with top-class materials – exactly as if we were to live in it ourselves.

We move the entire construction process indoors to our facility. Thanks to this, we avoid weather delays, and a ready, precisely executed building form arrives at your plot.

We help obtain zoning decisions and adapt the design to your plot’s requirements.

STEP 2

Formalities (Permit/Notification)

We handle the entire process. A house built under simplified notification or with a permit – we take care of it!

STEP 3

Financing

Comprehensive customer service for credit clients (expert support). We also support the option of exchanging an existing house for a modular one!

STEP 4

Execution

We select the foundation technology based on the ground: traditional slab/footings or point foundation, and proceed with the execution!
