About the Single-storey Barn House 40m² project
Modern Barn House 40 m² single-storey is a comfortable modular home for those who want everything on one level — no stairs, no mezzanine, and no compromises in daily use. The design combines the simple building form of a modern barn house with a functional room layout for a couple, family, or rental investment.
The house features a spacious living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, an additional room, a bathroom, a vestibule, a hallway, and a utility room. Large glazing on the terrace side naturally illuminates the living area and opens the interior to the garden.
The façade combines wood, light panels, and black details, making the house look modern yet warm and natural. This is a single-storey model for those seeking more space, a comfortable layout, and an elegant barn-style building form.
We build the house using modular technology with certified structural timber. You can choose shell and core, developer standard, or turnkey completion.
