About the Barn House with Mezzanine 40m² project
The 40 m² Barn House with mezzanine is a modern modular home for those who want to combine a compact area with a comfortable layout and additional space upstairs. The ground floor features a living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a practical vestibule.
A great advantage of the design is the mezzanine with an area of approx. 19.5 m², which you can use as a bedroom, home office, guest room, or relaxation zone. The simple building form of the modern barn house, wooden accents, light façade, and black details create an elegant home that blends well with its natural surroundings.
The model is also available with smaller front glazing — as shown in selected visualisations. This solution is for those who prefer a more intimate façade, a greater sense of privacy, or a simpler front appearance.
We build homes using modular technology with certified structural timber. You can choose the scope of completion: shell and core, developer standard, or turnkey finish.
