ModEraHouse Open Days – May 1 and 2

On May 1 and 2, we invite you to the ModEraHouse sp. z o.o. headquarters at ul. Szkolna 34 in Basznia Dolna for our Open Days, which will take place from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

During the event, you will be able to see our modular homes in person, step inside, compare different sizes and layouts, and talk with the people who are responsible for project execution on a daily basis.

This event is for those who are just considering building a modular home, as well as for those who already have a specific plan and want to see the available solutions in practice.

What will you be able to see?

On site, the following will be available:

  • 38 m² home
  • Family 70 m²
  • 70 m² – custom design
  • 100 m² – custom design, residential home
  • 50 m² – custom design, office


Additionally, in the hall you will be able to see a barn-style home that is currently in production.

What is worth knowing?

During the Open Days, you will be able to:

  • enter each available home,
  • view the interiors and check the room layout,
  • compare different design options,
  • talk with the company owners,
  • ask questions about the execution process, technological solutions, and the possibility of customizing the design to your own needs.

During the event, you will be able to meet the owners of ModEraHouse and talk directly about the offer, the execution process, and the possibilities of customizing the design to your own needs.

Family zone and relaxed atmosphere

The Open Days are not just an opportunity to view the homes. On site, we will also prepare:

  • grill
  • beverage area
  • refreshments
  • activities for children
  • childcare by an entertainer for the youngest

We want everyone to be able to view the homes at their own pace, talk with us, and spend this time in a comfortable atmosphere.

Time slot reservations

You can come to the event without prior arrangement, but we encourage you to reserve a specific time. This format makes it easier to organize visits and allows us to dedicate more time to each person for a relaxed conversation and home presentation.
